| NOTE: The Jamaica Beach Permit
Requirements form must be signed and submitted with all building permit
applications. A Municipal Services Agreement must be signed by the property
owner and submitted with any building permit application that includes
plumbing. The City of Jamaica Beach adopted the 2009 Series of the
International Building Codes and 2008 National Electrical Code on October 1,
2010, all
building permits must comply with those codes. |

Building inspections are normally done on Saturday mornings
starting at 7:00 a.m.. If you would like to schedule an inspection, please
contact Nola Thompson at 409-737-1142 before 11:30 a.m. on Friday. |
