General Operating Fund FY 2016-17 Budget
The General Operating Fund Budget and Ordinance 2016-3 setting the Property Tax Rate at $0.198590 per $100 of value were both approved by City Council on September 19, 2016.  This Budget will raise the same amount of revenue from property taxes as last year's budget.  The property tax revenue to be raised from new property added to the tax roll this year is $7,556.

General Operating Fund FY 2015-16 Budget-Amended
The General Operating Fund Budget was amended by City Council on September 19, 2016 to adjust and properly record the unforseen revenue/expenses during FY 2015-2016.
General Operating Fund FY 2015-16 Budget
The General Operating Fund Budget and Ordinance 2015-2 setting the Property Tax Rate at $0.225678 per $100 of value were both approved by City Council on September 21, 2015.  This Budget will raise more total property taxes than last year's budget by $12,520 (1.80% increase), and of that amount $8,797 is tax revenue to be raised from new property added to the tax roll this year.

The General Operating Fund Budget and Ordinance 2013-5 setting the Property Tax Rate at $0.264380 per $100 of value were both approved by City Council on September 23, 2013.  This Budget will raise more total property taxes than last year's budget by $6,967.02 (1.03% increase), and of that amount $6,397.67 is tax revenue to be raised from new property added to the tax roll this year.
