ORDINANCE NO. 76-8       AN ORDINANCE GRANTING HOUSTON LIGHTING & POWER COMPANY A FRANCHISE TO CONDUCT WITHIN THE CITY AN ELECTRICAL LIGHTING AND POWER BUSINESS.

 

ORDINANCE NO. 76-9       AN ORDINANCE WHEREBY THE VILLAGE OF JAMAICA BEACH, TEXAS AND THE SOUTHWESTERN BELL TELEPHONE COMPANY AGREE THAT THE TELEPHONE COMPANY SHALL CONTINUE TO ERECT AND MAINTAIN ITS POLES, WIRES, ANCHORS, CABLES, MANHOLES, CONDUIT, AND OTHER PLANT CONSTRUCTION AND APPURTENANCES ALONG, ACROSS, ON, OVER, THROUGH, ABOVE, UNDER ALL PUBLIC STREETS, AVENUES, ALLEYS, PUBLIC GROUNDS AND PLACES IN SAID CITY, UNDER REGULATIONS AND RESTRICTIONS AND THAT THE CITY SHALL RECEIVE AN ANNUAL PAYMENT AND THE RIGHT TO USE CERTAIN FACILITIES OF THE TELEPHONE COMPANY, ALL AS HEREIN PROVIDED.

ORDINANCE NO. 77-10    AN ORDINANCE PROHIBITING THE INJURING, DAMAGING, OR DESTRUCTION OF PROPERTY BELONGING TO THE VILLAGE OF JAMAICA BEACH, TEXAS IN A WILLFUL OR WANTON MANNER AND PROVIDING PENALTIES FOR VIOLATION THEREOF.

 

ORDINANCE NO. 77-11    AN ORDINANCE PROHIBITING MINORS FROM REMAINING ON OR IN ANY PUBLIC PLACE WITHIN THE CONFINES OF THE CORPORATE LIMITS OF THE VILLAGE OF JAMAICA BEACH, TEXAS BETWEEN THE HOURS OF 12:00 MIDNIGHT AND 5:OO A.M. AND PROVIDING PENALTIES FOR VIOLATION OF THIS ORDINANCE.

 

ORDINANCE NO. 77-12    AN ORDINANCE PROHIBITING INTERFERENCE WITH ANY PEACE OFFICER IN THE LAWFUL DISCHARGE OF HIS DUTIES WITHIN THE CONFINES OF THE VILLAGE OF JAMAICA BEACH, TEXAS AND PROVIDING PENALTIES FOR THE VIOLATION OF THIS ORDINANCE.

 

ORDINANCE NO. 77-13    AN ORDINANCE PROHIBITING THE ATTEMPTED ESCAPE OF ANY PERSON FROM ANY PEACE OFFICER WITHIN THE CONFINES OF THE VILLAGE OF JAMAICA BEACH AND PROVIDING PENALTIES FOR VIOLATION OF THIS ORDINANCE.
