Building Department
NOTE: The Jamaica Beach Permit Requirements form must be signed and submitted with all building permit applications.  A Municipal Services Agreement must be signed by the property owner and submitted with any building permit application that includes plumbing.  The City of Jamaica Beach adopted the 2012 Series of the International Building Codes on July 20, 2015 (effective August 1, 2015) and the 2014 National Electrical Code on January 19, 2015, all building permits must comply with those codes.

Water Department
- use this form to connect water service; form must be submitted in person along with identification and applicable fees (contact the Water Department for fees).

- use this form to transfer water service into renter's name; form must be submitted prior to renter submitting application for service; form may be mailed or faxed.
- use this form to declare your residence as rental property; form may be mailed or faxed.
- use this form to void the Declaration of Rental Property; form may be mailed or faxed.
 
 
 
 
Police Department
- submit this form to request a copy of an accident report from the Jamaica Beach Police Department.
- use this form to advise the police when you are going to be away from your home and would like it to be placed on a "watch" list.
Municipal Court
  - can be used to submit various pleas and requests to the Jamaica Beach Municipal Court.
  Request for Time to Pay Form
 - contact the court before submitting this form; failure to do so could impact your rights.
Miscellaneous
- grants exclusive use of pavilion and kitchen facilities.
 
  - the above dumpster permit application needs to be completed annually if you have an enclosed dumpster.
 
- complete the above swimming pool application to purchase a 2017 Season Pass in advance, application along with payment can be mailed to City Hall.
- use this form to submit a request for the release of Public Records.
